Jill of All Trades(, Master of Tons) with Carolyne Prevost | Episode 30
Join us as we talk with Carolyne Prevost, a woman who has proven over the years that it pays to be well rounded. Carolyne competes and has competed in several different sports at a very high level, all the while juggling a full-time teaching position. I am so impressed with her versatility and athleticism, and even more impressed with her time management skills to be able to fit it all in. We talk about sport specialization, movement in school, and prioritizing your health in this episode. I hope you enjoy it and please subscribe/share/review!
